On purchasing printable files, Cromarty Forge Ltd, subject to terms and conditions below, grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, license to use these files for your own strictly non-commercial purposes.
Restrictions:
Printable files are for personal use only, unless you have specific written permission from Cromarty Forge Ltd you are not permitted to sell, rent, transfer, host on in any other way distribute these files or products derived from these files.
With the exception of activities required to print these files (Scaling, mirroring, slicing) or You are not permitted to make any modifications to these files, or to use them, or part of them, as the basis for, or a component of, any derivative work.
Change of terms:
Cromarty Forge Ltd reserves the right, at any time, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or Services or any part thereof with or without notice. As the person 3D printing from these files, you take full responsibility for identifying the safety of each and every printed piece. 3D prints are likely to have sharp edges, pieces that could break off, fire hazards, choking hazards for children, etc. You agree to take full responsibility for any physical harm that may come from the use of any designs on this site. Please dispose of printed parts responsibly.
